Team Grant Application

As budget allows, the BHS Athletic Booster Club provides grant funds to support quality programming for all student athletes.

Please fill out the the form below to be considered for a BHS Athletic Booster Club Team Grant. Priority is given to requests for funding that solve fundraising shortfalls and remove specific barriers to play. Additional consideration given to teams that actively participate in the ABC’s community-building efforts, such as membership, newsletter, and volunteering for ABC events.

The deadlines for each season’s Team Grant cycle are as follows:


MODIFIED SPORTS SEASON 2021 — SEASON 2

Deadline: March 31 (Applications will be reviewed at Athletic Booster Club meeting on 4/6/21 and notifications will be made the following week.)


  • FALL: apply by 9/15, notification by 9/30

  • WINTER: apply by 12/5, notification by 12/15

  • SPRING: apply by 3/1, notification by 3/15

We recognize that financial need is not always predictable. If you encounter a fundraising shortfall outside of the Team Grant cycle for your sport’s season, please email our Vice President to discuss ways the ABC can offer support.
